Time Capsule and external drive

Hi, With Time Capsule, will t back up my Mac Mini file plus the 750gb worth of media I have saved on an external HDD (Plugged into the mini)...

Just curios as im not sure if it backs up only the computer files or data on external hdd's aswell...?

You can set it to back up both or just the Mini's internal disk. In Time Machine preferences, you have the option to exclude certain files, folders and hard drives.
