Time Capsule and Xbox 360

Hi everyone I am looking for some help in getting to see media on my timecapsule with my xbox 360. I read about a program that would allow my xbox to see files on my mac book pro but I dont want to have everything on my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

Connect360 is supposed to be a good media extender for the 360 and iTunes.
