Time Capsule as a iTunes server

Hi everyone I was just wondering if I can do this:
1) first of all I am not planing to use it with a time machine...
2) all I want is to put on it all my pictures that I will be access from my network and add them as I am getting more.
3) Also I want to put all my iTunes library on it and stream it to pc through network ...

Consider a different NAS then.

Time Capsule has no streaming/media server functions while many other NAS devices do.

Not too that iPhoto doesn't usually let you keep the library on a network shared drive.

The Synology units tend to get good reviews around these parts, but I have not used one myself.

I use an HP Mediasmart EX490 server which is really great but has been abandoned by HP and Microsoft so I'm not recommending it anymore.
