Time capsule backup

hey i have a question about Time Capsule backup.

the question is what is the best way to backup with time capsule, when i have both and imac and a macbbok pro.
what app to use and stuff like that

Definitely Time Machine. Totally integrated and very simple to use.

should it be auto
last time it got filled because it could not find out to delete old backups when i got 2 macs

Get a big enough drive? Or consider setting the backup frequency a little less often? Under TM options you can set it to notify you before it deletes old backups, and you can exclude some stuff from being backed up to save space.
