Time Capsule cannot be found

I've just upgraded the hard drive in my first generation time capsule. It worked fine before, now the Airport Utility cannot find it (Mountain Lion). I've tried setting it up with an older macbook (snow leo) with the same result. I've also tried connecting the TC to the router with an Ethernet cable, then connecting it to my macbook. Again, still cannot find it. The light in the front is sold amber. Also, most forum posts recommend switching on/off the Bridge mode. There's no such option in Airport Utility. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Try resetting it:

If that doesn't work, likely something didn't get reconnected right or got broken during the upgrade.
