Time Capsule connection

I'm trying to connect remotely to Time Capsule and getting closer
In fact, using FileBrowser app on my iPhone, can now do it (port forwarding 445). I am still unable to connect remotely from a Windows pc.

I've tried opening port 22 (Remote Login-SSH), although not sure if this is right service and 21 (FTP) and not clear where I'm still short (additional/different ports, mapping syntax, anything else

Desperate to close this if anyone can help.

How should FTP be setup? I currently have port 21 mapped to 10.0.1.201, which is the preset 'FTP Access' service for the Time Capsule. I'm using FileZilla as FTP client to check what's going on and it connects to the url but then times out.
