TIme Capsule - Correcting Permissions

I have a 500GB Time Capsule I used to migrate files from one Mac to another. While I can read/copy all the files on the TC, I'm unable to delete some of them that were created under an obsolete userID.

How can I clean up permissions on these files, so I can finally delete then off my TC HDD? :confused:
