Hello,

First post in this forum, so please forgive me if this question has been posted before. I performed a search and didn't find anything, so please redirect me if this issue has been discussed extensively.

Around three or so months ago, I purchased the 500GB version of TC and it has been working flawlessly. about a week ago, I began to receive Inaccessible Disk errors while trying to connect to either the internal or external HDDs. The only fix so far, has been to pull the power cord and plugh it back in. I also remember a button within the utility, which would allow me to restart the device, but it appears to have vanished.

Anyone else see this behavior?

I'm running a laptop with XP SP3 and am connecting via GB Ethernet. I have checked for firmware updates and none are available and the last upgrade was performed the day I connected the TC device to my network.
