Time Capsule - drive replace / hidden partitions

Hi!
I'm going to replace 500GB hard drive from Time Capsule, so I bought 1TB Western Digital.
After attaching 500GB HD from my TC via sata->usb adapter i noticed 2 hidden partitions: apswap (1 GB) and apconfig (1GB)

Do i have to partition new hard drive the same way? How can i clone those partitions? And what are they for?
