Time Capsule + External Superdrive

I'm thinking about getting a Time Capsule but was wondering if instead of using the USB for a printer, would it be possible to plug in the external Superdrive and use that instead of having to use another Mac for remote disc access?

Probably not since it looks like SuperDrive is a new non standard USB powered drive. Also you would need a firmware update to support this on TC.

That's a shame...I think that would be a really useful feature - much better than having the Superdrive attatched, which gets in the way and uses up the one and only USB on the MacBook Air.
