I was trying to tweak up my network performance and I came across this article on SmallNetBuilder on flow control on mixed 1000/100 nets:

So, I gave it a shot and lo and behold, I saw a SIGNIFICANT increase in network performance in terms of file copying and media streaming. I've switched it off on all my gig devices with the exception of the Time Capsule. I'm relatively sure it's not in the Airport Utility, but is there some other way to effect manual settings (like SSH on the ATV) and turn it off?
Any Time Capsule/Airport Extreme experts here?
I did a perfunctory internet search and came up with nothing.
