Is there any way to set the wireless fragmentation thresholds and CTS/RTS thresholds on a time capsule? These settings apparently can help with the VERY slow performance I'm getting on my iOS devices. e.g. I get ~1 - 1.5Mbps on my iPad but 4/7 on a PC over wireless in the same location.

This doesn't matter where I am in relation to the time capsule.

Research indicated that lowering the two mentioned thresholds can help it, but I fear the time capsule doesn't expose these options - is there a way to?

Real world problems because of this is that Youtube buffering is extremely, agonizingly, unusably slow.

Thanks!
