I'm new to my job. They purchased a Time Capsule before I got here. I'm not sure that Time Capsule is what they were looking for. Basically, it's not being used with Time Machine. There are about 4 - 6 computers in the office. We use Time Capsule to archive images and documents. Even when only one person is trying to use Time Capsule, is crashes. Today it has crashed about 6 times. And when I've called tech support, they tell me to unplug the power supply from the Time Capsule, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect. This works, but only temporarily. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Is there too much being stored on it? Is it being used improperly? If I missed any details that would help you understand the situation better, let me know and I'm happy to provide more info.
