Hi I posted the other week with the following problem

My time capsule seems to be doing a constant FULL update, rather than the small changes.
The first time this happened was a few weeks ago when i got back from a week away working , i researched the problem online and it said from time to time especially after a gap its likely to do this so i assumed its because i had been away ..... however it now seems to be doing it every few days and backing up 200 odd GB, its done 2 in the last 3 days now . Which is jamming up my system really badly.
HAs anyone else had this issue and what can be done to stop it doing this??

Incidently I have read the online article about why TC may do a full back up , but none apply to me!!

I didn't get a reply , but posted on the apple forum and got a reply suggesting i do a full reset on it, which I have , however now when i try to do a back up it says there isn't enough GB spare to do a back up yet I know its a 1TB drive trying to do a 250GB back up !!!

Can anyone please help me
