First I'll say that I don't know whether this is a problem with my time capsule hardware or just the service of the area that I'm in. Bare with me because I'm going to give you as much detail as I can so you guys can hopefully understand what I'm going through.

First, I'm in France a I was running my time capsule through an "orange livebox" which is I guess the modem that is used through the internet service that I have. I live in an apartment building as well (will explain this later). Everyone in this apartment complex has some kind of wireless internet connection.

I have my time capsule set to "join network" so it joins the wireless network that is set by my livebox. The time capsule works fine during the day but in the evening the internet connection goes in and out. I've also tried to "create a network" and use the airport extreme, but I get the same result with the network not being available certain times of the day. This causes my time machine not to work as well. Internet works flawlessly through ethernet connection 24hrs a day.

So my question would be does anyone know why this is happening. Is it because of the area that I'm in? Could the other signals possibly be interferring with my signal? Could other electronics (mobile phones, cordless phones, etc) interfer with the signal as well? Is this more of an issue with the internet itself and not with the time capsule or should the time capsule be looked at by apple?

I hope that this makes sense. Any help is good help.
