Time Capsule issue

Hello everyone, I was trying to set up my new Time Capsule that I bought yesterday, when I receive the following error message:

How can I resolve this, the only devices on the network are my Macbook, my dad's computer (off the network when I tried setting it up) my mom's laptop (hibernating) and a wifi printer. Do I need to turn off the printer and try again? This issue is making me crazy.

I get this error a lot.

An easy fix is to change the device's IP to static. Don't change any settings on the router.

If you can log into the Airport Extreme and see which IP's are in use, change your Mac's IP to something different.

This is a known issue within OSX. It's not the router.
