Time Capsule + iTunes questions?

let's say i want to access my time capsule when not at home.
how do i do this?
can someone walk me through the process, because i don't have much experience when it comes to stuff like this.



another question.
i have my movies stored on my time capsule.
but they are in my itunes library and when i play them, they stream from my time capsule.
is this possible when i'm not home too? can you tell me how?
