Time Capsule Location

I currently have my Time Capsule attached to a cable modem in my bedroom. But, when I switch to Verizon FIOS this week, I am considering putting the modem + Time Capsule + Sonos wireless bridge in my front hall closet where they could connect to the FIOS converter box. But, I wonder if there could be a problem because the closet does not have a fan, it's just a regular closet and the door would be closed most of the time. Does anyone here have a similar setup?
