Time Capsule Models/Revisions?

Are there different models or revisions of the Apple Time Capsule? Besides size? If I am looking at a used one or one on Ebay I don't want to make a mistake and get an old version. Are they all the same after maybe a firmware update or something? Or are there different ones I should watch out for?

The best place to find out basic information about product revisions in Apple's product line is on the specification pages in Apple's support area. Browsing Apple's listing for the Airport Extreme/Express/Time Capsule line reveals that there has been only one product release for the Time Capsule product.
