Time Capsule+PC=How to back up?

I bought time capsule to back up my mac... but now my gf want to back up her dell... what programs can u guys suggest to back up someone's pc to time capsule? (she isn't very tech savy so the simpler the better)

I'd recommend skipping the Time Capsule altogether and backing up with Mozy.

It's free, automated and backs up to the web so there's no risk of data loss. Only catch is the size constraints, but she can pay $5 a month if she has more than whatever the limit is now.
