Hey guys I am having issues with my Dual Band 1TB time capsule for some reason the damn ports won't forward I have enabled the correct settings with the ip address and the ports, but when I use a program to test if the ports are open they are always closed, regardless on pc or mac. Does anyone have a solution to this? I even reset my Time capsule to see if it would work, but no luck.

Thank you

Couple suggestions.

Make sure the firewall is turned of on OS X on your client machine.

Also... in Airport Utility, are you in the advanced screen under port mapping? In that screen click the plus sign to forward a port and enter the ports you want to forward. You will need to forward to a fixed IP address in your computer. To setup your computer with a fixed IP address go the Network pref pane and select "manual" from the drop down and use 10.0.1.201 as your IP. Then back in the Airport Utility, forward the ports you want to 10.0.1.201.
