Time Capsule Question

okay here is the set up

- one windows desktop hard wired
- macbook pro wireless
- macbook wireless

possible for all three to be able to access the time capsule hard drive and back files up to it, either automatic or manually?

then if i have the time capsule, possible to connect a 500gb hard drive with a password protect for just one user to access??

lemme know if this makes sense, and what u ppl think
