Hello,

I`ll buy a time capsule of 500Gb and I have some doubts.
I`ll use it for share some files with the computers in my office and backup two macbooks. If the time machine broke I`ll lost the files like a normal HD? It has some data extra protection?

Sorry for my English.

Thanx.

Yes, it's a single drive, so if it breaks, you lose your data. It's really intended as a backup drive
