Time Capsule speeds

My ISP told me that they were going to bump me from 100 mbps to 1 Gig for free. But they said that I might need a certain router to take advantage of it. I checked my speed through my Time Capsule and not only is is not at 1 Gig it's not at 100 mbps(I had already suspected this). It's running at 23 mbps.

Is there a way to fix this? Or is it an issue with Time Capsule handling high speeds?
