time capsule + syncing options?

Hi,

I am planning to use Time Capsule to backup two macbook pros. I am also interested in syncing iTunes, iCal and Address Book. What would be the best solution for this? I see Mobile Me as one of the options, but if I can do all this with the hard drive in the Time Capsule, that would be great. Thank you in advance.

Time Machine.

I know I can do backups using time machine, but can I also sync iTunes, Address Book, and iCal data with it??
