Time Capsule-USB Bluetooth

I'm using iBook G4 that doesn't have bluetooth built in. I'm using external usb bluetooth on my iBook G4. I was curious if you connect a USB bluetooth to Time Capsule will bluetooth work? I need to use my bluetooth with my wireless keyboard. I don't want to keep bluetooth connected to my usb port on my iBook G4.
 
No this would not work, due to the fact the the bluetooth has to be attached to a computer and not a router.
