Time Capsule Very Slow...Help!

I have my time capsule directly hooked up to my router and am getting very slow wireless speeds and long pings.

When I hook my computer directly to the modem I get 15Mpbs with a 12ms ping, but when I go wireless I get 5Mpbs and 20+ms ping.

What settings can I try to change. I get the same results on two different computers.

Wireless is much slower than direct connect. Are you using a n or g network (5 or 2.4 ghz). What is your SN?

You might be getting some interference. Try changing the wireless to a different channel.
