Hi Group:
I'm sure someone else has this issue, but I couldn't find it using a search.
I've got 3 MacBooks (latest Lion version) and a 1GB Time Capsule (latest firmware) setup. Occasionally I'll open one of the MacBooks (which had been in sleep mode), and Time Machine immediately begins to search for the Time Capsule disk and run a backup. Problem is that when this is happening it seems to take precedence over first securing a WiFi connection to the Time Capsule. So, until the backup fails due to lack of a connection, the MacBook won't find the WiFi network. I can either wait a few minutes for this to occur, or I can manually stop the backup and manually select my network from the WiFi dropdown menu, which is almost as time consuming. If a backup isn't due to occur, each MacBook immediately finds the WiFi connection, and of course when Time Machine is turned off a connection is also immediate.
Any solution to this annoyance? Never happened before Lion.
