time capsule wireless printing usb error

I recently bought a time capsule, works fine, except for wireless printing. I connected my hp photosmart c4180 to the time capsule usb port. Printer utility detects the printer without any problem, but I don't get my documents printed. After giving a print instruction, my macbook pro shows: 'connecting to printer' and then 'could not send 885 kb ... (usb error)'. When I connect the printer directly to a usb port of my computer, printing works fine. What is wrong? Any solutions to this problem?

I don't have a Phototsmart to test...
Sounds like the driver (which was written for USB direct connection only) is relying on two-way communication and isn't getting it.
You could try the hpijs driver:

Get all three required parts, from:
http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/OpenPrinting/MacOSX/hpijs

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work out. Even with the hpijs driver still the same problem..
