Time Capsule with poor reception after update.

Hi, ever since the last update for time capsule, I have been getting really poor reception and sometimes it says I have full bars of reception and then can't load any pages. It's really annoying, does anyone know anything I can do? Is there a way I can downgrade to the previous firmware? Thanks

Hey can anyone help me, because it's getting very annoying have my Internet just suddenly cut out and not come back for ages. Thanks.
