Time Capsule with Telus internet

I just switched to Telus internet here in Canada....and they installed simply just unplugged my Time Capsule and left it sitting there. Anyone know how to hook it up so that I can use it to back up my computer? Ive googled it but found a bunch of confusing answers. Figured you guys would know best.... thanks.

Does the internet service provide/ rent you a modem/router hybrid device? If so then set up the Time Capsule in "Bridged Mode" to turn off NAT in the device since it past that already modem/router DHCP service.

So what brand is the modem they installed?
