Time Capsule Works But Not Accessible

I have the newer style Time Capsule and in the last few months it has regularly (like twice weekly on average) needed a restart to be "accessible".
To clarify, the WiFi works and you can access the internet without issue at anytime even when inaccessible including on my laptop however my laptop does not see it for backing up nor can I get to the TC for configuration from any device including laptop, iPhone app, ect.

TC is running in Bridge Mode.

Any thoughts on if it needs replacement or what gives?

I have seen this exact issue with certain routers with the AirPort in bridge mode. The best solution that I discovered is to set the modem to bridge mode or add the AirPort to the DMZ and then set the AirPort to DHCP & NAT mode.
