I woke up this morning to a blinking orange Time Capsule light. According to AirPort Utility, the internal disk needs repair.

I would love to repair it, but Disk Utility can't see the Time Capsule's drive and as far as I can tell — there is no Disk Utility-like tools built-in to AirPort Utility.

To make matters worse, I was in the process of copying my entire iTunes library from my ReadyNAS to the Time Capsule for redundancy (ironic, huh?). Apparently, Mac OS X took it upon itself to delete all my music and video files on the ReadyNAS. I have the folder structure on the NAS, but no actual files exist anymore.

I was copying directly from the ReadyNAS to the Time Capsule using the Finder on my iMac, and all devices are connected via wired ethernet to the Time Capsule. Mac OS X uses SAMBA to connect to the ReadyNAS.

Apple has agreed to let me re-download my entire iTunes library. However, that's roughly 200GB (thanks mostly to the new HD TV Shows). That will take at least a week or more! Not to mention, I'm sure my cable company will notice.

Are there any other options I might be missing? I do have a two week old backup, but Apple's customer service said it's all or nothing with regards to the re-downloading since my content spans across multiple iTunes Store orders.
