Time consistently wrong in Default Weather App

Lately, the time of the weather app is off. For example, it will show 8PM when it's actually 11 AM, etc. Any tips on how to correct this or what the issue is. It basically makes the app useless.

That said, does the timing being off really makes the app useless? I mean it seems that the time labels for hourly forecasts are off, but that's basically it.
