Time display on forum spy changing PM to AM

I know it's late, but I double checked this. I did a reply and then went back to the forum spy and it was showing the times in AM, not PM. I checked my system clock - yes, it was right. I checked my CP setting and it was correct. I then checked the post and it indicated 10:00PM as it was. Back to forum spy and lo and behold - it started in the PM, and then went to the AM. Here's a screen shot - if I did this right. Any ideas?

Note to Mod

The behavior has disappeared tonight after restarting the computer. Dump this if you want. It was reproducible at will last night, but tonight all is well.
