Time for action against 30" Apple Cinema Displays?

I know there are tons of threads about dancing green pixels on 30" Apple Cinema Displays, but has anyone ever tried to take action against Apple?

They don't seem to acknowledge the problem at all, but with hundreds if not thousands of threads on the issue, I'm sure there are plenty of people who would like to see some sort of resolution.

Has anybody tried a class action lawsuit? Is it even possible?

How would suing Apple help anything? There was thousands, if not millions of defective 27" iMacs but I can't see any reason why suing them would help anything. Apple has lawyers, a lot of them thus you likely end up getting nothing.
