I did a full restore of my whole system from a Time Machine backup and ever since then I've been getting an alert that my backups fail because "the backup is too large for the backup disk."
I'm using a Seagate 3TB formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and is not partitioned. I had created full backups prior to the full restore.
The estimated size of the backup that Time Machine wants to do is 1.78 TB and it says the memory available is 1.51 TB.
I'm eager to get a full backup (system files, OS, and everything) since my computer is scheduled to go in to get the disc burner replaced (the optical drive rarely reads or writes anything and may occasionally work with DVD-R's and only DVD-R's).
Help...?
