Time Machine and Multiple Drives

Howdy-
Is anyone here running Time machine with multiple drives? I have a 3 drive system (one boot drive, two media drives) with corresponding backup drives for each. Will Time Machine be able to facilitate backing up of each to their respective drives? Haven't seen anything on multiple drives yet...
