Got an issue with backing up to Time Machine.

Here's my setup: Mac Mini running Snow Leopard server with a Seagate 1TB BlackArmor drive, HFS+ with journaling / GUID, hooked up via USB and shared as a Time Machine volume over AFP. Trying to get my retina MBP backed up via power nap (plugged in to power) but it just won't work. It used to work and stopped randomly. It won't back up to the drive over wifi or thunderbolt ethernet with the lid closed (power nap), but it backs up to it just fine through wifi/thunderbolt ethernet/plugged in directly via USB with lid open.

I've done an SMC and PRAM reset, even a reinstallation of Mountain Lion via recovery partition. Here's a snippet of my logs via Time Machine Buddy.

Strange thing is that I don't get any of these errors with lid open, as stated above.

If anyone has ideas, please shoot them my way. I'm so lost.
