time machine back up with ssd and hdd

How does time machine backup work if i have an iMac with both an ssd and hdd?? Do i have to do anything different than if it was just a single hdd?

i should re-word my question...will time machine automatically back up contents from both my ssd and hdd?

By default, it will exclude other disks, but all you have to do is go to Time Machine's preferences and remove the non-boot drive from the exclude list.

got it....so just remove the disc from the exclude list...thus including both drives for back up...thanks!!!!!
