Hellow,

I have a Time-Machine backup on one of my external HD's. It's a backup of my old MBP system. I'm using my Mac Pro now and I wish to delete all the files which I don't need from the backup. Why does it not let me delete anything? It says I do not have enough permissions or something.

Any solution? I just want to delete certain files from the backup.

Cheers.

ENTER the TimeMachine, select the folder you want to delete, then click the "gears" symbol on the finder window top, select "Delete all backups of this folder" (or similar phrase).
