Time Machine Backup of SSD and internal HDD

I have a MBP with a Lion install in the SSD and my iTunes Library as well as the iPhoto Library are located in the internal HDD. The optical drive was removed and I put the SSD in its place.
My question is: when I do the Time Machine Backup of the SSD will it also back up the iTunes Library and the iPhoto Library that are stored in the HDD?
