Time Machine backups missing

I just upgraded my MacBook Pro HDD. I cloned (SuperDuper) my original HDD to my new HDD and installed it. I am not having any issues except all my Time Machine backups are gone. I am backing up to a 1GB Time Capsule. I made sure I backed up the Time Machine before I upgraded my HDD. My Time Machine backups only go back 3 days. I have 700 GB of free space on my Time Capsule.

Anyone know what happened to all my backups?
