Quick question regarding backing up a rMBP.
Looking to get Mavericks when released.
I have some games on it when I backup with Time Machine to a external drive.
Does this backup your progress save file on games.

Yes, unless you have specifically excluded something in the Time Machine settings, everything is backed up.
