I put a new hard drive in my MBP. Reinstalled Snow Leopard. But when I try to reinstall my system and apps from Time Machine it says that all files already exist, and do I want to replace them. There's nothing on my new hard drive but a bare system install.

Any suggestions? Any idea what I've over looked?

It says some of the file are already there because Time Machine has backups of your system files too.

You could just let TM over wright them if you want your system exactly as you left it on the old Mac.
