So I've done a fresh format on my Hard Drive, and my hard drive has 304GB used.. My external is 320GB.

Whenever I try to backup using Time Machine however, it says "Time machine could not complete the backup. This backup is too large for the backup disk. The backup requires 357.67GB but only 319.30GB are available". So there's a grammatical error in that statement, and it has made 50GB of imaginable files?

Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried formats, file exclusions etc..
