Time Machine doesn't recognize volume

I recently formatted one of my external hard drive to use with Time Machine and I get this error message. The drive is the Seagate on the right. Any ideas?

Problem solved. Just got off the phone with Apple Care. The partition map scheme was "master Boot Record" changed to GUID and drive is backing up.
