So before I found out about the whole "remove the item from all backups" I went into the TC file structure and deleted an entire backup by moving the folder to the trash:

Backups >> iMac Name >> 2009-08-30-185810

I go to empty the trash and it says that there's about 200,000 files to remove. Now, if I proceed with that that exactly is going to be deleted? I have made backups since that one, will those be affected in any way?

I can't put the folder back b/c I get this message: "The operation can’t be completed because backup items can’t be modified."

I just need to know what'll happen if I empty the trash, although at this point I don't have much of an option. As long as my early early backups aren't affected I don't mind too much.

Thanks!!
