time machine editor

I tried to run time machine editor but it would not run.I deleted time machine editor. When I try to run time machine a window comes up and says; time machine editor is still running. I searched for it but can't find it. Help can anyone tell me how to get back to apples time machine. Thanks teqmter

Navigate to your startup disk > Library > LaunchDaemons and trash everything com.timesoftware.* in there. The restart the machine.

There is no LaunchDaemons. There is LaunchAgents, but com.timesoftware is not in there. Any other ideas? thanks teqmter
