So I just received my refurbished Early 2011 Macbook Pro 15"

I was using my Time Machine back-up to restore my new Macbook using Setup Assistant.

With about 40 minutes left in the process I accidentally bumped my surge protector and somehow unplugged my Time Machine.

The typical "This disc has been improperly ejected" warning came up and I clicked ok...

Once I clicked OK Startup Assistant jumped from 40 min remaining to 1 min then said complete...

I had not choice but to begin setup by entering my Apple ID and login in.

From my initial browse it seems that everything has been transfered over except for my applications.

I've replaced the HDD in my old MacBook before and restored from Time Machine but I have no idea what to do in this situation and can't find the answer anywhere.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
